About Us

Adam and Tabitha Murphy RealtorsAdam Murphy and Tabitha Murphy lead The ATM Team, with a Client Care Coordinator and a Closing Coordinator who provide unparalleled service.

Buying or selling a home can be a very emotional experience, and clients can lose sight of long-term financial implications. The ATM Team helps clients focus on making good investment decisions that will benefit them for years to come. For sellers, the team uses creative and aggressive marketing strategies as well as expert staging and negotiating to get the best price for each property. With buyers, this means guiding them step by step, pointing out resale pros and cons when looking at homes, making sure they understand all their financing options, negotiating fiercely on their behalf, and providing qualified referrals to the best lenders, attorneys and contractors.

Tabitha is an Accredited Staging Professional, who helps sellers show their properties to their fullest potential. At her last brokerage, she was honored as the Sales Leader for 2013 & 2014 with the “Top of the Hill” Award, which is a reflection of her dedication to serving her clients. Most recently, Adam and Tabitha were awarded the President’s Club Award at Weichert Realtors Nickel Group.

Adam has over 15 years of construction experience; he has owned and managed over 20 rental properties and flipped 6 homes. With this background he is able to critically evaluate a home’s strengths and potential problems, so buyers can make informed decisions.

The ATM Team also has incredible support staff. Emily Lee is the team’s Client Care Coordinator. She works closely with buyers to answer their questions and meet their needs every step of the way. Crystal Rodriguez, the team’s Closing Coordinator, stays in constant communication with sellers and manages the many details associated with the closing process.

Adam and Tabitha love to encourage dreams and goals in others. They share a dedication to helping young people, and they both work with their church’s youth group. Tabitha also volunteers at middle schools and high schools, where she talks to students about how to cultivate healthy relationships. Adam is an instrument rated pilot who, after years of dreaming of taking flight, earned his pilot’s license in 2009. He would love to someday obtain his instructors certification so he can help others fulfill their flight dreams, too.
