As a dedicated Buyer’s Assistant and fully-licensed real estate agent, Dwan plays a vital role in supporting our Team Lead for Buyers, Adam Murphy, and our Team Agents, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
With responsibilities that include providing “behind the scenes” administrative support, coordinating showings, and preparing offers with virtual assistance; Dwan also co-manages property inquiries, ensuring that every question is answered promptly and thoroughly. With a commitment to exceptional service, Dwan strives to make the home-buying process efficient and enjoyable for our clients.
I was starting a new job in Chicago and needed to purchase a condo downtown. I did some initial searching online, but Adam was able to guide me in a direction that would ultimately give me more “bang for my buck.” Adam’s amazing buyer’s assistant, Dwan, worked with me tirelessly over two separate weekends (on a Sunday, too!) since I was traveling from out of town and on a tight schedule.
