Property Guidance Inspection LLC is owned and operated by inspector Phil Gould. He has been a full-time inspector since 2012 and has completed over 2,000 home inspections.
Phil Gould had a career in media and advertising before he chose to enter the home inspection industry. Many of his clients were home and building product manufacturers, and the projects he worked on helped him develop his knowledge of the field. While still working at the agency, he attended monthly inspector meetings and shadowed professional ASHI inspectors on the weekends. He was an inspector and eventually area manager for a national home inspection company and now operates his own business, Property Guidance Inspection.
Phil is available seven days a week including evenings and weekends. Inspections can begin as late as 5pm in the summer and 3pm in the winter, in order to allow daylight for the entire inspection.
